"With both European finals being all-British affairs, we’re going to make them easier to watch for everyone in the UK than ever before as well as being the best-connected football viewing experience our customers have ever had.

What is High Dynamic Range?

HDR provides the highest quality TV pictures ever seen, with colours that are closer to how we see them in real life and they will be available to customers from 7.30pm onwards.

The technology increases overall quality to new levels by preserving the finest details in the darkest and brightest areas of a picture.

BT Sport will launch its new 4K HDR service – enhancing the HDR picture resolution from high-definition to ultra-high definition – ahead of the new football season at a cost of just £5 per month.
