In the highest profile moves of the window so far, Eden Hazard moved from Chelsea to Real Madrid, Antoine Griezmann joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid and Matthijs de Ligt left Champions League semi-finalists Ajax for Juventus.

When does the Premier League transfer window close?
The 2019/20 Premier League transfer window closes at 5pm on Thursday 8 August.
Prior to last season, the summer transfer window closed on the last day of August, but Premier League managers and club officials complained about the negative impact of transfer speculation on their players during the season.
When does the EFL transfer window close?
The Championship window closes on the same date as the Premier League (Thursday 8 August).
However, League One and League Two clubs can continue to work until Monday 2 September (August 31, traditionally deadline day, falls on a Saturday this year).
When does the Scottish transfer window close?
The summer transfer window also officially closes in Scotland at midnight on Monday 2 September, almost a month after the start of the 2019/20 Scottish Premiership season.
