Champions League permutations: Which teams have already qualified? Who else can reach the last 16? And which clubs look set for the Europa League?

There are only two spaces left in the last 16 with either Atletico Madrid or Bayer Leverkusen battling to make it out of Group D while one of Shakhtar, Dinamo Zagreb and Atalanta will be hoping to join Man City in progressing from Group C.

There are just two spaces left in the last 16 of the Champions League as we head into the final night of group stage action, exclusively live on BT Sport.

European heavyweights Atletico Madrid host Lokomotiv Moscow knowing a win will be enough to see them reach the knockout stages at the expense of Bayer Leverkusen.

And then in Manchester City's group, Shakhtar Donetsk, Dinamo Zagreb and Atalanta can all finish anywhere from second to fourth in one of the tightest groups we've seen in a long time.

PSG v Galatasaray – Wednesday 11 December (BT Sport Extra 4, 7.45pm)

Paris are through as group winners.

Madrid are through.

Club Brugge cannot finish in the top two. They will finish third if they beat Madrid, or if Galatasaray fail to beat Paris.

Galatasaray cannot finish in the top two. They will be confirmed in fourth place if they lose to Paris.

Group B

Bayern Munich v Tottenham – Wednesday 11 December (BT Sport 2 HD, 7.15pm)

Olympiakos v Red Star – Wednesday 11 December (BT Sport Extra 5 HD, 7.45pm)

Bayern are through as group winners.

Tottenham are through.

Red Star are unable to finish in the top two. They will finish in third if they avoid defeat at Olympiacos.

Olympiakos are unable to finish in the top two. They will finish in third if they beat Red Star.

Group D

Bayer Leverkusen v Juventus - Wednesday 11 December (BT Sport Extra 2 HD, 7.45pm)

Atletico Madrid v Lokomotiv Moscow – Wednesday 11 December (BT Sport Extra 3 HD, 7.45pm)

Juventus are through as group winners.

Atletico will go through if they beat Lokomotiv or if Leverkusen fail to beat Juventus.

Leverkusen will go through if they beat Juventus and Atlético do not beat Lokomotiv.

Lokomotiv will finish fourth.
