Don’t miss a moment of live football on BT Sport this weekend as our FA Cup coverage on Monday night (BT Sport 1, 7.15pm) when non-league minnows Shortwood United, the lowest ranked team left in the competition, host League One’s Port Vale.
Gloucestershire side Shortwood, or ‘The Woods’, disposed of Conference Premier side Aldershot Town, who played in League Two up until last season, in the fourth qualifying round and will be hoping for another giant-killing when they welcome the Vale to their 2,000-capacity Meadowbank Ground.
On Saturday we have action from the Scottish Professional Football League as Ross County take on leaders Celtic at Victoria Park (BT Sport 1, 12 noon).
The two sides have already gone head-to-head once this campaign, with the Staggies losing 2-1 in the opener at Celtic Park back in August, and the reigning champions will be hoping to do the double over their hosts.
Serie A fans can enjoy four games over the weekend, headlined by a blockbuster clash between title-chasers Juventus and Napoli on Sunday as they look to keep the heat on Roma in the top spot (BT Sport 2, 7.45pm).
We also have plenty of action from the French Ligue 1, including our Friday night clash between big-spending Monaco and Evian (ESPN, 7.30pm) as the third-placed hosts look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season to Lille last weekend.
The standout clash from our four Bundesliga games this weekend sees Borussia Moenchengladbach host struggling Nurnberg on Saturday (BT Sport 1, 5pm) having climbed to fourth place in the table, partly thanks to the heroics of top scorer Max Kruse, who has netted seven goals in 11 league games.
