Barnet completed a hat-trick of Skrill Premier victories with a 1-0 defeat of basement dwellers Hyde.

Keanu Marsh-Brown had an early shot saved but a quiet first half ended goalless.

Things livened up after the interval, however, with Jake Hyde and Marsh-Brown having chances for the visitors before Louis Almond fired in a powerful long-range effort for Hyde which had to be saved by Graham Stack.

The deadlock was broken on 57 minutes when John Nurse finished off a fine move involving Hyde, Luisma Villa and Mark Byrne.

Barnet striker Hyde had the ball in the back of the net late on only for an offside flag to cancel out his effort.
