BT Sport has confirmed another live match from the Skrill Conference Premier to add to the list of games being shown exclusively live in the first two months of 2014.
Forest Green Rovers v hereford United on Thursday January 9 is the latest match to be added to the BT fixture list, which now reads:
Thursday January 9 - Forest Green Rovers v Hereford United - 7.30pm, BT Sport 1
Forest Green Rovers, managed since November by former Stoke City coach Adrian Pennock, have won four of their last five league games under his stewardship to halt their slide down the table. Their opponents Hereford United will relish a derby in the New Year and though things are tough for the Bulls off the field, manager Martin Foyle is an experienced campaigner. The burning question so soon into January is will either club have made significant signings in the first few days of the transfer window?
Thursday January 16 - Alfreton Town FC v Tamworth FC - 7.30pm, BT Sport 2
Nicky Law’s Alfreton Town welcome Tamworth to North Street in their hunt for a Skill Conference Premier playoff place. The home side will be hoping that top scorer Samuel Akinde can add to his tally for the season against a Tamworth side who aren’t having the strongest of seasons thus far. The Lambs’ boss Dale Belford will be looking to his squad to put in a strong performance against contenders for the playoffs and will be planning to take the three points back to the The Lamb Ground if possible.
Thursday February 6 - Kidderminster Harriers FC v Cambridge United FC - 7.30pm, BT Sport 1
This fixture sees two of the Skill Conference Premier’s on-form sides meeting at the Aggborough with both sides looking to take three points and one step closer to automatic promotion. Steve Burr’s Kidderminster Harriers will be looking to continue their impressive run of form this season. The likes of Amari Morgan-Smith, Joe Lolley and Anthony Malbon will be looking to add to their goal tallies. In order to do so they will need to break down a strong U’s defence which has been a great foundation for the club this season, both at home and on the road.
Thursday February 13 - Chester FC v FC Halifax Town - 7.30pm, BT Sport 1
Chester host an FC Halifax side who are still very much in with a chance of earning a coveted play-off place. Neil Young’s men have not picked up as many points as they would have liked so far this season so a win at the Deva Stadium would be a lift for the side. Halifax however haven’t made a habit of giving points away easily this season and will be doing everything they can to ensure they take all three back to Yorkshire. Forward Lee Gregory will be hoping to increase his already impressive goal haul this season and Chester will need to ensure he has a quiet evening if they want to come out on top in the fixture.
