After an incredible seven years, the BT Supporters Club will be coming to an end.
Initially a three year partnership between the charity Comic Relief and BT Sport that started in 2013, the initiative was extended by a further four years due to its success and has now come to its natural end.
Over the last seven years, the BT Supporters Club has helped to raise over £12 million and funded more than 111 charitable grants. It’s been an incredible journey and one that we hope has left a lasting legacy.
Among the initiatives we have supported during this time are Fight For Peace - a violence prevention organisation which supports young people to realise their potential; The Running Charity - an organisation using running to improve the lives of 16-25 year-olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across the UK; TackleAfrica - a charity using football to reach thousands of young people in Africa with sexual and reproductive health information, and many more.
BT Sport continues to be an advocate for positive social change, in sport and in society through BT Sport United. You can find more information here.
Our partnership with the charity Comic Relief may have ended, but if you'd like to continue to donate to Comic Relief you can do so directly on their website here.
