Jo Durie

Jo Durie is a former world number five who provides co-commentary and analysis across BT Sport's live WTA Tour coverage.

As one of the most successful British female tennis players of the past 40 years, she brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the role.

Jo won two grand slam mixed doubles titles alongside Jeremy Bates at Wimbledon (1987) and the Australian Open (1991).

She is also one of just two British women - alongside Johanna Konta - to reach the semi-finals of a singles major since 1983, a feat she achieved at both the French Open and the US Open that year.

Jo also made the quarter-finals at the Australian Open in 1983 and Wimbledon in 1984, with the latter run resulting in her career-high world ranking.

In addition, she reached at least the quarter-finals of all four grand slams in doubles, only failing to advance to the last four at Flushing Meadows.

Jo won two top-tier singles titles and five doubles titles in all, as well as reaching the Fed Cup final with Great Britain in 1981.

Since retiring from playing in 1995, she has forged a successful media career working for the likes of the BBC and Eurosport.
