With a new Premier League season just around the corner, the return of the Champions League - this year with five English teams - and the Ashes live from Australia, the top quality action just keeps coming.

Here, we take a closer look at what fans have to look forward to over the coming weeks and months.

We’re the home of football

BT Sport is the only place you can watch the top four competitions involving British clubs this season.

Once again we have 42 Premier League fixtures, the majority of which are at the popular 5.30pm slot on Saturday nights, and up to 24 games in the FA Cup – including the final.

Subscribers will also be able to follow Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Celtic at the exclusive home of the UEFA Champions League. We also have full coverage of Arsenal and Everton’s Europa League campaigns, so we’ll be bringing you every British teams’ European adventure next season.

If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, you’ll also be able to watch the Scottish Premiership, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, National League and many, many more competitions.

The Ashes are coming

BT Sport is the home of the 2017-18 Ashes series as England look to defend the urn down under.

Former England captains Michael Vaughan and Kevin Pietersen join Ricky Ponting, Graeme Swann, Alison Mitchell and anchor Greg James as the Baggie Greens gear up for their tussle with Joe Root’s men.

All five Test matches, including the Boxing Day clash from Melbourne, are exclusively live while we also have the full One Day Series and T20s it what will be an enthralling series.

And if that isn’t enough to look forward to we also have the Big Bash, Australia’s heavy-hitting T20 competition, featuring some of the biggest names in world cricket.

We have championship boxing and all the big fights from the UFC

Our ground-breaking deal with BoxNation has seen Britain's only full-time boxing TV station made available to subscribers and, with plenty of world title fights also being shown on BT Sport 1 as part of our innovative Fight Night programme, there is no excuse to miss any of the action.

Billy Joe Saunders and Terry Flanagan are both expected to defend their world titles this autumn while Tyson Fury could also make his long-awaited return to the ring.

UFC action from the octagon

There's even more for fight fans, too, because BT Sport is the only place to watch all the UFC action from the octagon.
