BT Sport's pundits give their Premier League predictions

The new Premier League season is upon us and we decided to put the BT Sport pundits on the spot and ask them to predict some of the tough questions we've all be asking.

Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Jermaine Jenas, Gary Lineker and Rachel Brown-Finnis all got out their crystal balls and gave us their thoughts on some key topics.

Here's what they had to say...

Who will win the Premier League this season?

The usual contenders were up there, with champions Chelsea and both Manchester City and Manchester United being tipped to lift the trophy come the end of the season.

Who will miss out on the Premier League top four?

Usual order was restored last season, as the 'top six' dominated from the off and our experts are expecting the same again. Arsenal and Jose Mourinho's United missed out last time, but will that be the case again?

Who will be the Premier League's top scorer?

Harry Kane has been the man to beat over the last two seasons and there is little to suggest he won't be the top marksman again. Romelu Lukaku pushed him close last time around and will hope a move to Old Trafford will be what he needs to claim the golden boot.

Who is the best signing of the summer?

Plenty of money has been spent by Premier League clubs on new arrivals with some brilliant talents added to the English top flight, but there were also a few moves between domestic rivals and our pundits are split on who has done the best bit of business.

Who are you most looking forward to watching?

After months without any Premier League action, our panel are just as excited as us for the return of competitive football and have picked out a few familiar faces they're looking forward to seeing back in action.
